Out Loud goes back a long way. Originally the idea was that "Laughter is
kind of like Smiling Out Loud." That still applies, but more than
that, I think of it today as showing a positive attitude which I
always strive to maintain.
Now that I have used the "I" word, allow me to introduce myself. My
name is Fred Robinson. I am an experienced Web
Developer and Programmer.
As you can see from this humble page, I am certainly not a Designer or
Graphic Artist, though most everything you see here was crafted by me.
The above motto has been something I have lived by for years.
Little did I know way back in 1994 that a 14th-century Franciscan Friar named William of Ockham had stated it far
more eloquently than I in a tome known as Occam's razor.

So, if you are looking for an experienced developer who can deliver the results you are looking for in a minimum
amount of time and at an affordable price, you are in the
right place.
